Phoebe is a padded puff parka, which is water-repellent and windproof. The long parka model gives it extra warmth and attitude. It has zip off sleeves and reflective details. The lining has been dyed using Solution Dye, a dye technique that saves up to 80% water compared to conventionally dyed polyester/polyamide fabric. PFC-free water repellent finish.
